Are CABANEL products made from genuine leather?
Yes. All CABANEL creations are crafted from carefully selected genuine leather. Depending on the collection, we use Italian calfskin, cowhide, vegetable-tanned leather, or French goatskin, chosen for their aesthetic qualities, durability, and feel.

What is Saffiano leather?
Saffiano leather is an Italian calfskin recognizable by its iconic cross-hatch texture. Valued for its elegance and scratch resistance, it is perfectly suited for daily use.

What is vegetable-tanned leather?
Vegetable-tanned leather is processed using natural tannins. Over time, it develops a unique patina that enhances its character and authenticity.

What is Epsom leather?
Epsom leather is a textured leather known for its lightness, structure, and wear resistance. Its distinctive grain gives it a modern and refined aesthetic.

What is Pebble leather (grained)?
Pebble leather features an elegant natural grain that adds dimension while offering excellent everyday resistance.

Is embossed crocodile leather real crocodile leather?
No. Historically, we offered items made from genuine crocodile leather. Over time, we have chosen to adopt a more responsible approach to contribute to the preservation of these species. Today, our crocodile-finish models are made from genuine Italian calfskin embossed with a crocodile pattern, offering a sophisticated aesthetic, excellent durability, and all the elegance that characterizes CABANEL.

Is embossed lizard leather real lizard leather?
No. In line with this approach, our lizard-finish creations are made from genuine Italian cowhide embossed with a lizard pattern. This finish offers the refined appearance of lizard while prioritizing high-quality leather designed to last.

Our collection includes card holders, wallets, passport holders, keyrings, luggage tags, MagSafe-compatible iPhone cases, and gift sets.

Yes. Each CABANEL creation is designed to accompany your daily life thanks to carefully selected materials and meticulously crafted finishes.

Personalized Engraving

Do you offer personalized engraving?
Some CABANEL creations can be personalized with discreet engraving, ideal for adding initials or a short personal message.

  • Maximum 12 characters.
  • Letters A to Z are accepted. Accents and special characters (é, è, ç, à, etc.) are not supported.
  • Available in gold, silver, or black finish depending on the model.
  • Please carefully check your text before validation: it will be reproduced exactly as entered.

Can I return an item with personalized engraving?
Items with personalized engraving are made especially for you and cannot be returned or refunded, except in case of a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to CABANEL. Please consult our return and refund policy.

Are the gift sets ready to give?
Yes. Our gift sets are carefully prepared to offer an elegant experience from the moment they are opened and make an ideal gift for all occasions.

iPhone Cases

Are the cases MagSafe compatible?

Delivery & Returns

What are the delivery times?
Estimated delivery times are indicated during your order and may vary depending on the product and the destination country.

Can I return my product?
Yes. You have 14 days to request a return. Visit our return and refund policy for more details. Before any return, we invite you to contact our customer service.

What if my product arrives damaged or non-compliant?
Contact us upon receipt at bonjour@cabanelparis.fr, attaching photos of the product concerned. Our team will promptly review your request to offer you a suitable solution.
